What to Know About the Ordering and Delivery Process

Choose Your Product

Our store is categorised, which you can conveniently access through the sidebar menu on the shop page. All products listed within the categories are also accessible via the navigation menu under ‘Products’. Alternatively, you can utilise the ‘Shop by Applications‘ page to locate your desired item. If you are unable to locate a specific product, please use the search box, entering keywords or product names.

Detailed product specifications are available by scrolling down on each individual product page. For additional information, please visit the support page and search for documentation and product manuals.

If you’ve found your desired product or are uncertain, kindly employ the contact form to request assistance. Our dedicated service team is on hand to address any queries and assist you in making the most informed decision. It is of utmost importance to us that you select the correct product.

Choose Currency & Add to Basket

For our customers in the United Kingdom, it is possible to select GBP as your currency. If you wish to pay in Great British Pounds, please ensure that Pounds Sterling is chosen as the currency before adding the product to your basket. For all other countries, we recommend selecting Euro as the currency.

To add the item to your shopping basket, click the ‘Buy Now’ or ‘Add to Basket’ button. This action will place the item in your shopping basket, and you will be redirected to your shopping basket page.

Please review the quantity of your order. If you require more than one item, adjust the quantity and click the ‘Update Basket’ button.

To remove an item, simply click the button marked with a red ‘x’ located to the left of the item within the shopping basket. The shopping basket will be updated automatically, and you will receive an ‘Item removed’ warning message. If needed, you can undo this action by clicking ‘Undo’.

If you are not ready to proceed to checkout, click ‘Continue Shopping’ to return to the shopping area.

Billing and Shipping Information

The shopping basket page will open when you click the shopping basket icon in the navigation bar or the link in the top menu.

When you’re ready to finalise your order, click on ‘Checkout’. Please ensure that you complete the address details. Shopping at MobeyeStore is secure; your customer data is transmitted via a secure connection.

VAT

Due to European tax regulations, the VAT is adjusted based on the destination country during the checkout process. Please be aware that this adjustment may impact the final price you are charged.

All the products available on our website are subject to EU tax legislation. The prices displayed on our website are in EUR (or GBP) including Dutch VAT (21%). Your final price may vary depending on the applicable VAT rate for your order’s destination country. The final price you see during checkout will accurately reflect the VAT rate for your order’s destination country.

VAT number
If you are a company, please provide your company’s VAT number. This may affect the VAT charged.

Non-EU countries
Shipping to non-EU countries is subject to a 0% tax rate. This applies exclusively to orders with both billing and delivery addresses located outside of Europe. If the VAT charge is not automatically removed, kindly contact our customer service to have it rectified.

Upon delivery, you are responsible for paying any local customs taxes and duties.

All prices are exclusive of delivery costs. Depending on the country of delivery, transport costs will be added to your order (ex VAT):

Shipping address different from billing address

When you place your order at MobeyeStore, the billing address of that order is automatically selected as the shipping address. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, please fill in the delivery details.

Payment methods

You can securely shop with your preferred payment method. MobeyeStore accepts several payment methods, among which Credit/Debit Card, iDEAL, SOFORT Banking, Bancontact, EPS, Przelewy24 and KBC/CBC payment button.

The payment is collected by the payment service provider on behalf of Telecontrol Services. This is a trading name of Mobeye B.V.

Once your order has been placed, you will automatically receive an email notification with the details of your order.

Delivery Time

We normally ship orders the day after payment is received. If there are any delays beyond three working days, we will keep you informed. Depending on the country of destination, the delivery time is approximately 2-10 working days.
