Mobeye CM4 Series

Mobeye’s CM4 series features a 4G LTE-M communication module, with the capability to fallback to 2G when needed. LTE-M, which stands for Long Term Evolution Mobile, is specifically designed for machine-to-machine applications with lower data usage. Notably, LTE-M offers superior coverage compared to 2G and 4G “streaming bands,” demonstrating enhanced penetration rates within buildings. Additionally, it enables more energy-efficient utilisation. In situations where LTE-M is unavailable, Mobeye CM4 devices seamlessly connect to 2G, ensuring usability across a wide range of countries globally.

Mobeye 4G modules are both reliable and compact, making it easy to connect sensors and contacts to the inputs. The CM4 Series devices showcase a contemporary design, featuring dimensions of 94 x 94 x 28 mm. The devices can operate on batteries or external power.

Each package includes a Mobeye SIM card, ensuring the device’s full functionality, including access to the Mobeye Internet Portal and App. With the Mobeye SIM card, communication takes place over the 4G LTE-M network, with 2G serving as a fallback option. If you choose to use your own SIM card, the CM4 Series device will utilise the 2G GSM network. In this case, alarm messages can be sent via SMS and/or call to a maximum of 5 telephone numbers.
